Service

If your Jura requires service, please follow the steps below:

1.Call the Jura Service Centre and speak to an authorized service representative.

2.The representative will do a phone diagnosis to see if the issue can be resolved .

3.If the issue can be resolved over the phone...Enjoy your Coffee!

4. If the representative determines that the machine will need to be inspected at the Jura Service Centre, they will inform you on the next steps.
