Q. How do I place an order and become part of the Bean Program?
A. Start by clicking the "New Subscription- Create an Account" banner and fill out the necessary information to open an account. Confirm your new account using the email link that will be sent to you. You can begin filling out your subscription order immediately by browsing through our products and making your selections. You will see that after selecting a product there are two options, choose the "subscribe" option and then the delivery frequency from the drop down options. Continue adding products until your subscription order is complete. It really is that simple. Your first order will be sent immediately, and afterwards renewed at the frequency you have selected! 

Q.Can I adjust my subscription order whenever I want?
A. Yes, you can adjust your order at any time in your account page by clicking on " Manage Subscriptions" in your Account home page. This includes changing the date and frequency of your delivery, adding, subtracting or changing the products in your order. Of course, you can also change the delivery address if you are moving or the credit card information if you wish to use a different financial institution.

Q. How will I know when my credit card has been charged?
A. You will be sent confirmation with an order summary to your email address whenever(at the frequency you have specified) there is a charge to your credit card, also a notice that your order is on it's way.

Q. Is it easy to cancel my subscription at anytime?
A. Of course, you can cancel your subscription at any time by going to your Account, Manage Subscriptions, simply click "cancel" beside your order details.
